Urban Art Company
On July 3, 2021 Mrs. Tammi Long went home to be with the Lord, yet her passion and gifts live on through her art and the Urban Art Company.
Mrs. Long has been an abstract artist for over 25 years. Growing up in Detroit, Michigan she obtained a bulk of her training in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
She received her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in Education and her Masters from Mary Grove College and University of Detroit Mercy. Mrs. Long has been a teacher the delicate process of artwork for youth for 8 years. She focuses on bright colors and abstract images throughout her artwork, working with acrylic paint, watercolors, markers, pencils, and 3-dimensional mediums.
